Shipping Policy

At Creative WaterWorks, we are thrilled to provide FREE shipping on all orders within the United States, along with competitive rates for international shipping.

Processing Time

As soon as you place your order, processing starts. This process usually takes 1-3 business days, excluding weekends or holidays. If we foresee a longer lead time, we will notify you as early as possible.

Shipping Times

After your order is processed, estimated shipping times are as follows:

- Standard Shipping (US): 3-5 business days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Once your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, enabling you to track your package online.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. Creative WaterWorks cannot be held responsible for issues related to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, you will need to coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve the issues.

International Shipping

International orders are subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Creative WaterWorks cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as not receiving your package despite the tracking information showing that it has been delivered, please contact us immediately at [insert customer support email here]. We will do our best to assist you, but Creative WaterWorks cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
